We were delighted to congratulate Daniel Carr on his success at Cowal winning the 2010 Adult World Championship.

This was made special for us as he chose to wear toeandheel GOLD pumps.

Pumps stock in at last!

After an incredibly busy August, which resulted in us running out of many of our main sizes, we have today received new stock of our original style pumps.

Stock of the other styles is on its way.

Flinging on Ben Nevis

On July 17 this year Rachel McLean will be attempting to carry out a sponsored Fling for Logan challenge.

Aiming high is nothing new for Rachel. A relatively late starter to Highland Dancing she rapidly progressed through the ranks to reach the peak in 2004 when she was crowned World Highland Dancing Champion.

However, this challenge will see Rachel climb to new heights - she has decided to climb Scotland's Highest Mountain - Ben Nevis - and plans to perform her Highland Fling on the summit!

Not content with miles to treck and hill to climb - she will need to carry her music and kilt outfit to the top with her.

Practice Hilts in high demand

We have been overwhelmed by the demand for our practice hilts - so much so that every time we receive a new delivery and log them into stock the are all purchased and run out again.

If you want our original hilts, or the soon to come new style ones (just wait!), then please check the shop regularly

Payment security updated

We have been busy working in the background on the shop. Much of what we have done might not be obvious but we have made many changes:

- payment security - 3D secure now added to our payment module
- image thumbnails added for faster page loading
- improved image viewing feature
